Dr. Javed Akram, the interim health minister for Punjab, stated that the government has plans to digitise all provincial hospitals in order to better serve the general populace.

He continued by saying that the quacks in Punjab were being targeted with impunity and that those who demanded money from defenceless people deserved no tolerance.

During a meeting of the Department of Specialized Health Care and Medical Education, the minister made these remarks.

At the meeting, a thorough evaluation of the medical services offered to patients in Punjab’s government teaching hospitals was conducted.

The minister declared that the Punjabi people would receive better healthcare as a priority of the administration.

“Under the direction of Caretaker Chief Minister for Punjab Mohsin Naqvi, we are working to enhance the public health infrastructure.

Credit for offering patients in the province’s cardiology hospitals access to primary angioplasty facilities belongs to the caretaker government. The minister stated that all provincial hospitals would be digitalized by the government.

“The government teaching hospitals in Punjab will also set up clinics for heart failure and chest pain.

The three-day international conference will be hosted by the Pakistan Society of Internal Medicine from March 10 to 12. Medical professionals from all around the world will attend.

To build a healthy society, we must implement healthy policies.

A cutting-edge preventive cardiology section will be constructed at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology.

We won’t stand for poor patient care in any government hospital in the province, the minister declared.
