Ihsanullah bowls the fastest spell in the history of the Pakistan Super League.

Ihsanullah, a pacer for the Multan Sultans, had a night to remember after bowling the quickest four-over session that has ever been recorded by a bowler in the history of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL).

According to CricViz, Ihsanullah bowled at an average pace of 144.37 kilometres per hour (kph). He has surpassed Haris Rauf’s blistering spell against Peshawar Zalmi in the seventh season of the Pakistan Super League, in which the Qalandars’ bowler had bowled at an average speed of 144.16 kilometres per hour.

The lanky bouncer was throwing fire from the beginning of his first over, when he bowled Sarfaraz Ahmed out with a delivery that was faster than 150 kilometres per hour.

Ihsanullah was able to contribute to his team’s victory by picking up five wickets while allowing only 12 runs during his four-over performance, which resulted in the Quetta Gladiators being bowled out for 110.

In terms of bowling the fastest four-over stint, the next three bowlers in line are Naseem Shah (143.73 kilometres per hour), Mohammad Hasnain (143.41 kilometres per hour), and Wahab Riaz (143.33 kilometres per hour).
