Our new die-cut paper placemats are printed in the United States on uncoated, heavy weight cardstock and are designed to coordinate with Caspari napkins & table settings. These printed paper placemats can be reused across multiple occasions and meals, but they are not designed to be permanent and cannot be wiped clean. They are designed to provide easy clean-up after a big event or to create fun short-term looks for your table. And once you are ready to remove them, they are completely recyclable!

Returns and refunds
You can return or exchange an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving it.
Please allow up to 14 days from sending the item to receive your refund.
How to return your item
Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
Our extended Christmas returns policy
We've extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought between 1st October 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 23rd January 2026, if it's unwanted or unsuitable.
