MATIARI: In New Saidabad Tehsil, a power outage and intense heat caused five people to pass out and one person to die.
Fifty people have received medical attention after being admitted to the hospital in the last 24 hours for acute illnesses like gastroenteritis.
Due to the excessive heat and humidity, the population is experiencing great anguish and suffering. The electrical issue has been made worse by the severe heat, with power outages lasting 12 to 16 hours.
Bakkhar Jamali’s Datal Khaskheli passed away from the intense heat, and people from other villages, Rab Nawaz, Shahmir Mari, Ghulam Shar, and Rabeel Shar, passed out. However, medical professionals report that during the last 24 hours, 50 patients have been admitted to PMC owing to gastroenteritis and the intense heat.
