ISTANBUL: On Thursday, the government-run Anadolu Agency and other media outlets reported that Turkish police had discovered five dead Afghan nationals with stab wounds in a house in Ankara.
The death of five people who were deemed to be foreign nationals is being investigated, the governor’s office of Ankara announced on Twitter.
An email from Reuters requesting information did not receive a prompt response from the Interior Ministry.
The bodies were later examined by medical personnel at a home in the capital city’s Altindag district after relatives of the victims notified police, according to broadcaster NTV.
