After winning the recent general elections in their respective constituencies of PB-41 in Quetta and PB-51 in Chaman, the two met in Lahore to formally pledge their support to PML-N President and prime minister nominee Shehbaz Sharif.

Jamal Shah Kakar, the leader of the party, and Jaffar Khan Mandokhel, the province president, accompanied Shehbaz Sharif to the meeting.

Shehbaz congratulated Wali Muhammad and Abdul Khaliq Khan on their decision to join the PML-N, emphasizing the importance of their decision to support stability in Pakistan. “They have played a role in the stability of Pakistan by joining PML-N which is worthy of praise,” he said.

Shehbaz underlined that Pakistan’s political environment needed stability rather than anarchy, saying, “Pakistan needs stability not chaos.”

Reiterating the significance of communication and cooperation in addressing the nation’s issues, he emphasized that “the problems can be solved only by talking and working together, not by fighting.”

Additionally joining the PML-N on Sunday was Mir Mohammad Asim Kurd Gello, an independent candidate from Kachhi’s PB-12 constituency.

Shehbaz thanked Gello and his colleagues at the meeting for their choice to support the PML-N. He praised their dedication and ushered them into the festivities.

Gello, for his part, emphasized how important Nawaz Sharif and the PML-N were to Pakistan’s progress, especially in Balochistan. “My vision is for Balochistani people to be well educated, well-cared for, and well-developed overall in the future,” Gello said, expressing his hopes for the advancement of his region.

Shehbaz reaffirmed the PML-N’s commitment to Balochistan’s progress, reflecting Nawaz Sharif’s enduring interest for the province’s growth.

He reiterated the party’s platform for youth empowerment, saying, “We are committed to establishing Daanish schools, providing laptops to the youth, and equipping them with IT and other skills.”
