In the presence of PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan and party leader Barrister Salman Akram Raja, Jhagra spoke to the media outside Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail and asserted that the ECP had originally made Forms-45 available for a number of constituencies but had subsequently removed them from their website.

Jhagra claims that all Forms-45s were changed illegally, allegedly as a result of the PTI’s resounding victory in the popular vote. He maintained that without using tampering, opponents would almost never be able to win because to this manipulation. Moreover, Jhagra claimed the ECP thereafter put these falsified Forms-45s to their website, raising the possibility of electoral malpractice.

Jhagra drew attention to anomalies in Sindh, Balochistan, and other regions, highlighting cases in which figures were purportedly altered using questionable methods.

He questioned the validity of some polling places where there were allegedly more ballots cast than there were voters in attendance. In addition, he took issue with certain Forms-45s’ poor documentation.

Reiterating Jhagra’s views, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan announced that they planned to petition the Sindh and Peshawar high courts over reserved seats. He conveyed faith in the judiciary’s capacity to render fair decisions in conformity with the law and the Constitution.

Barrister Gohar restated the PTI’s stance, stating that the party had won 180 seats in the National Assembly and had presented all relevant proof to back up its assertions.
