Since the May 9 riots, Haleem had not been seen in public until now.

To have his appeal against the no-bail arrest warrant heard, he had made his way to the SHC.

Haleem Adil Sheikh, leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), had a non-bailable arrest warrant issued against him, but the Sindh High Court (SHC) postponed it and ordered him to appear in court within seven days.

PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh had the anti-corruption police trying to arrest him halted after a petition challenging the warrant was considered by a two-member panel headed by Justice KK Agha.

Counsel for Haleem Adil Sheikh claimed that police officers were still present in the area around the high court, notwithstanding his client’s release on bail.

His lawyer asked the judge to prevent his detention by law enforcement.

According to Justice Amjad Ali Sehto, the plea has prevented the police from making an arrest of the PTI leader.

When an issue isn’t included in the application, it’s impossible to make a decision on it. Haleem Adil Sheikh was wanted on a no-bail warrant for failing to appear in court in Hyderabad’s anti-corruption court.

The arrest warrant issued in connection with the May 9 incident in which arson was suspected was challenged before the Sindh High Court.

According to the plea, Sheikh is now out on bail from the Peshawar High Court for his own safety.

The Special Anti-Terrorism Court in Hyderabad issued an arrest warrant without bail for Sheikh, and the Supreme Court of Canada should vacate that warrant.

The court should order that Sheikh not be arrested in connection with any of the charges brought against him.

We have never sought to run away from the courts,” Haleem stated later in an informal interview with the media.

In five years, PPP has completely changed my life.

Nevertheless, I find myself in a courtroom as well. According to Haleem, the PPP planned to arm a third party before leaving.

The time has arrived for us to go to court.

According to Haleem, “the patriotic leader of the country is in jail today for his nation,” and if he wanted to run for office, he could have left jail.

Many individuals escape to London or Dubai, but he is suffering in Adiala Jail for the good of the country.

The media interview ended abruptly when law enforcement arrived and brought him into custody.
