In a speech on the National Assembly floor, Bilawal voiced his dismay at the Supreme Court’s decision in the SIC reserved seats case, claiming it had “mobilized a ‘dead’ party.”

He asked the leader of the opposition if he or the Prime Minister had removed the PTI’s bat emblem, which had been revoked by the court because of accusations of manipulation in the party’s interparty election.

In addition, Bilawal denounced the emergence of “hate politics” in Pakistan, calling it a first in the nation’s history.

He bemoaned the continued state of the economy, emphasizing that although people are suffering, officials have not acted to bring about the urgently needed assistance.

In addition, the PPP leader congratulated Arshad Nadeem on his historic gold medal victory at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, which put an end to Pakistan’s 32-year Olympic medal drought.
