Hassan Sheheryar Yasin: Saint Tropez and Monaco.
What made you go there?
HSY: A dear friend’s birthday and following the sun, sand and beach. Always a great idea to get some downtime and big cities where everyone congregates is always fun.
What did you pack?
HSY: Only essentials for me. Shorts, jeans, t-shirts and sunnies. I like travelling light.
What was your favourite meal?
HSY: So many. The food is amazing. I love fresh seafood. Love the vibe, the beautiful people, and the happy faces. Buratta any time of the day. And lobster. Delicious.
Favourite shopping destination?
HSY: The triangle between Places des Lices, Rue Gambetta, and Rue Allard is a paradise for shopping. You can wander about the streets untroubled and find everything you’re looking for.
Some sights worth seeing?
HSY: There’s so much history in that town, every corner, every street has a story to tell and you don’t want to miss any of that. But don’t miss the beach. Take in the sun. Meet new people. Explore.
What are some spots for a night out?
HSY: Again went to so many. L’Opera is always a fun night.
Travel essentials?
HSY: Sunglasses. Music. Book.
Any travel tips?
HSY: Go out and see the beauty around you. Immerse yourself in it. Travel is one of the most gratifying experiences in life, not to mention a learning one. You don’t always have to go to the same place again and again. Discover the world.
