LAHORE: On Wednesday, JUI-F president Maulana Fazlur Rehman declared that he would not halt condemning the institutions if they persisted in “interfering” in politics, even in response to a resolution passed by the Corps Commanders’ Conference.

A day earlier, army chief Gen. Asim Munir presided over the 263rd Corps Commanders’ Conference at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi. He expressed disappointment that certain social media users and political parties were “maligning the armed forces” by spreading “unsubstantiated allegations of interference” in the election process.

“The judge intervenes when a politician defies the establishment. No ruling rendered by Pakistan’s judiciary is cited as precedent elsewhere in the globe. Speaking to the JUI-F’s lawyers branch in Lahore, Fazl asserted that “the judiciary has lost its dignity and its decisions have no value.”

The head of JUI-F asserted that their inability to tolerate “rigged” elections was a genetic trait.

He regretted that politicians had a track record of betraying democratic principles.

“I pose this exact question to the leaderships of the PPP, PTI, and PML-N.”

According to Fazl, citizenship in the US was taken away from anyone who did not respect the country’s constitution.

He was sorry, though, that some people in Pakistan were still preaching there in spite of the country’s lack of constitutional recognition.

The head of JUI-F pointed out that Pakistan’s Constitution was written during the division of the nation into two halves.

He continued by saying that the nation’s political elites demonstrated their maturity and open-mindedness during the process of drafting the Constitution.

“The concepts of each class were given scope in the constitution.”

Without a Constitution, according to Fazl, no one would be obligated to follow any agreements.

He claimed to have served time in prison for the restoration of the Constitution between 1981 and 1986.

The head of JUI-F noted that the nation’s culture of abuse was expanding and moral standards were eroding.

“We must defend our moral principles. He went on, “Why should we become murderers of our principles?

According to Fazl, his party chose a moderate course of action over an extreme ideology.

The head of JUI-F asserted that international accords and bodies governed the nation’s politics, economy, and defence.

He went on to say that national laws lost their efficacy in light of international laws.

Fazl expressed sadness that the World Bank, Financial Action Task Force (FATF), and International Monetary Fund (IMF) controlled the nation’s politics.

Citing its reliance on outside resources, the JUI-F leader lamented the nation’s incapacity to govern itself.

“Today’s autonomous nations have advanced beyond our borders. Countries collapse due to instability in the political, economic, and defence spheres.

He maintained that Pakistan was being forced to sign the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) by the United States, which was hesitant to do so itself.

Any nuclear weapon test explosion, no matter where in the world, is forbidden by the CTBT.
