Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, to expedite the performance of the People’s Progressive Party (PPP) election campaign, traveled to several parts of Lyari and delivered speeches to the residents of Constituencies 239 and 240.
When she arrived in Lyari, she was greeted with a warm welcome, and people showered rose petals on her as she yelled slogans in support of the People’s Party.
The protest was led by Aseefa, who began at Tower and traveled to Lyari before continuing on to Agra Taj, where she participated in a round of Memon Society.
Afterwards, as she was speaking to the people on Shah Latif Road, she stated that Benazir Bhutto was the voice of the country’s poor people, laborers, and farmers.
From this point on, I, along with Bilawal, will represent Shaheed Benazir Bhutto as the voice of the people, which no one will be able to silence.
It was her assertion that the people of Lyari had always been on our side. They are not going to be left alone by us. It was said by her that record development works had been completed all throughout Sindh, especially in Lyari.
There is a commitment that I will make to the people of Lyari that I would provide their children with free higher education and the best medical facilities.
She stated that the youth cards will be distributed, scholarships will be provided for further education, 300 units of solar-generated energy will also be distributed for free, 0.3 million dwellings will be erected, slums will be regularized, and the residents of the slum regions will be given ownership rights. All of these things will be put into action.
In addition, Aseefa delivered a speech at Ghas Mandi and Aath Chowk, where she stated that the manifesto of the People’s Party is in favor of the people. We treated patients from all over the country at no cost by donating NICVD and SIUT to the general public. Patients come from all around the country.
She expressed her gratitude to the people of Lyari for their friendly reception. Participants in Aseefa Bhutto’s rally included regional officials, Saeed Ghani, Nabeel Gabol, and Salim Mandwiwala, as well as candidates running for seats in the provincial legislature. Regional officials also took part in the demonstration.
