ISLAMABAD:
Despite being in office for four years, PTI Chairman Imran Khan could not, according to Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb, establish even one claim of corruption against his political rivals.

In her reaction to Imran’s assertion, the minister claimed that while he was in charge of the National Accountability Bureau, political opponents were imprisoned without proper justification.

The minister claimed that the nation had now been cleansed of the mafia and robbers in reference to Imran’s removal from positions of authority.

“It won’t help to simply refer to the opponents as thieves. Despite having absolute control for four years, Imran Khan was unable to substantiate even one accusation, and all Pakistani courts dismissed his claims.

The National Crime Agency (NCA) of England and a British court, according to Marriyum, both rejected Imran’s accusations.

She argued that despite the PML-N leadership providing a 40-year history of records, not a single accusation had been proven in court.

She poked fun at Imran by claiming that false claims would not be proven even if the PTI leader constructed a court in Bani Gala and attained legal status himself.

She accused Imran of contributing to the nation’s difficulties with unemployment, inflation, debt, and economic collapse.
