In a letter, Mian Daud highlighted that on January 21, CJ Isa mentioned there are 100 complaints under consideration against judges in the council. He praised the chief justice for making courageous decisions in accordance with the Constitution and law, stating that CJ Isa’s commitment to upholding constitutional supremacy and democracy will be remembered in golden letters.

He also pointed out that previous chief justices have protected corrupt judges, and the public believes that the accountability of judges is possible only during Chief Justice Isa’s tenure.

Mian Daud emphasized the need for prompt action on the complaints against judges in the SJC and suggested that hearings should be conducted on a daily basis.

Mian Daud Advocate was among those who filed a complaint against former Supreme Court judge Sayyed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi, who resigned before the conclusion of the SJC proceedings. However, the council continued its investigation and later found him guilty of misconduct even after his retirement.
