ISLAMABAD: The highest court has set a hearing to talk about the concerns made by its registrar’s office regarding a petition seeking a restraining order against the forced deportation of Afghan citizens.
The case will be looked at by Justice Yahya Afridi in his court on November 20.
In a press release issued by the petitioner on Saturday, it was said that the Supreme Court had chosen to hear the objections to their plea after a “eager wait” of 18 days. The statement emphasized the responsibility set out in Article 184(3) and emphasized the Supreme Court’s important role in stopping systemic violations of basic rights.
