The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has conducted two major operations in the city as it has intensified its crackdown on illegal activities.

In the first operation, the FIA Corporate Crime Circle made an arrest for Hawala Hundi, the leader of a gang that traded illegal currency. The capture, made based on privileged data, occurred at Falak Corporate Pinnacle in Bolton Street. Mubashir Ahmed, the accused, was found to be in possession of more than Rs5.714 million.
