On Friday, police in DI Khan stormed the home of Ali Amin Gandapur, the head of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), in an effort to apprehend him. Express News said that he was not at his house.

The PTI leader’s home was raided by the police, and according to reports, they took with them relief supplies for those affected by the recent floods and coronavirus outbreak.
A number of trucks, loaded with the donated goods taken from Gandapur’s home, were sent on their way.
The interim chief minister of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa received a letter from the former minister in which he made various claims. There have been allegations that the PTI leader has incited public violence and threatened the province governor.
Suicide attack suspect Gandapur called in for indictment.
Gandapur’s relatives say the police took their property without a warrant, even though they have proof of ownership.
The police have indicated that, contrary to the family’s assertions, among the items seized were government-issued relief supplies meant to benefit the local community in need.
In April, a court in Bhakkar released Gandapur on bail in the Dajal check post attack case in exchange for Rs50,000 in surety bonds.
