India must not silence the voices of Kashmiris: FM
On a three-day trip to AJK, Bilawal will speak out against the G-20 moot at IIOJK.

India cannot silence the people of Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) by hosting a G20 summit there, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari remarked on Sunday in MUZAFFARABAD.
On Sunday, Bilawal began a three-day visit to AJK, during which he plans to show support for the people of IIOJK in light of India’s dubious motivations for hosting the G-20 Tourism Ministerial in Srinagar.
At the Kohala Bridge connecting Pakistan and AJK, hundreds of Bilawal’s party members greeted him as he made his way to Muzaffarabad from his role as Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). The leaders of the PPP and the AJK government later greeted him at Muzaffarabad.
The Group of Twenty (G20), which includes many wealthy countries and the European Union, is now being led by India. From May 22-24, the G20 Tourism Working Group will convene in Srinagar, India. Pakistan has voiced opposition to holding the summit on contested territory.
Bilwal told reporters in Muzaffarabad, “It is not possible for India to play an important role in the world by violating UN resolutions.”
“I believe that when a country takes a step like that India has taken, its real face comes in front of the world,” he continued.
During his trip, Bilawal would deliver a speech to the AJK Assembly and organise a protest march in the Bagh district in support of the people of Kashmir. At a dinner-reception during his trip, Bilawal will also meet with local political figures.
In response to the G-20 conference in Srinagar and the human rights abuses in IIOJK, the AJK government has called for rallies and protests across the area on Monday, and traders in the AJK capital have called for a shutdown strike.
