The Pulwama attack findings support Pakistan, and the government in Islamabad denounces India after Satya Pal Malik blames India for the attack in February 2019.

ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan’s position on the Pulwama incident in February 2019 has been further supported by Satya Pal Malik’s most recent statements, according to the foreign office (FO), the so-called former governor of the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
The FO spokesperson stated that “his disclosures show how the Indian leadership has routinely used the bogey of Pakistani terrorism to advance its phony victimhood narrative and the Hindutva agenda, clearly for domestic political gains.”
The spokesperson went on to say that Islamabad hoped that the international community would be aware of the most recent discoveries and see that India was waging a deceptive and self-serving propaganda war against Pakistan.
“India must respond to the queries brought up by the most recent discoveries. It was emphasized that India needed to answer for its actions following the Pulwama attack that threatened regional peace.
According to the spokesperson, Pakistan would continue to refute India’s false narrative and respond to various provocations by acting decisively and responsibly.
Malik provided a devastating portrait of PM Modi and his closest advisers in an interview with Karan Thapar for “The Wire.”
“I can say with confidence that the PM has no real problem with corruption,” he remarked.
Malik, who served as governor during the devastating terrorist attack on soldiers in Pulwama in February 2019 and the repeal of Article 370 in August of that same year, claimed Modi was “ill-informed” and “ignorant” about Kashmir and warned him not to discuss the errors made by the Union home ministry that resulted in the attack.
In the course of the interview, Malik disclosed that the CRPF and the home ministry in particular had exhibited “incompetence” in the attack on the Central Reserve Police Force convoy in Pulwama.
Rajnath Singh served as the home minister at the time. Malik went into great detail on how the Union Home Ministry had rejected the CRPF’s request for aircraft to ferry its jawans.
Additionally, he discussed how the road had not been thoroughly sanitized. More crucially, he claimed that when Modi contacted him from outside Corbett Park shortly after the Pulwama tragedy, he brought up every single one of these mistakes.
According to him, the prime minister instructed him to be quiet and not inform anyone about this.
Separately, Malik said that NSA Ajit Doval also ordered him to remain silent and avoid discussing the matter. Malik claimed that he realized right away that the goal was to blame Pakistan and gain political advantage for the BJP and the government.
Because the car carrying 300 kg of RDX explosives had originated in Pakistan but had been driving through the towns and villages of IIOJK for 10 to 15 days without being discovered, Malik also claimed that there had been a serious intelligence failure in the Pulwama event.
Malik also discussed how the BJP-RSS leader Ram Madhav sought him for approval of a Reliance insurance plan and a hydroelectric project while he was governor of IIOJK.
At seven in the morning, Madhav visited him to urge him to reconsider. Malik claimed that at the time, he was told he may receive Rs300 crores for successfully completing both initiatives.
The prime minister, according to Malik, is “ignorant” and “ill-informed” regarding Kashmir.
He said that it was a mistake to strip IIOJK of its statehood and that it should be reinstated right now.
According to Malik, who was speaking about Modi, “The PM is not at all concerned about corruption.”
He claimed that the reason he was transferred to Meghalaya in August 2020 from his position as governor of Goa was because he had brought to the prime minister’s attention various cases of corruption that the administration had chosen to ignore rather than deal with.
He claimed that those close to the Indian prime minister were corrupt and frequently used the PMO’s name.
Modi was informed of everything, according to Malik, but the PM didn’t appear to care.
At that point, he declared, “I can only say with confidence that PM [Modi] has no qualms about corruption.”
