Ahmed Jawad Rabei, the Palestinian ambassador to Islamabad, and top officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) were also at the event at the Islamabad International Airport.

At the event, the foreign minister said that Pakistan stood with its Palestinian brothers and sisters and strongly opposed Israel’s cruel, disproportionate, and random use of force against people in Gaza, including women and children who are currently under siege.

FM Jilani stressed how important it was to stop Israel’s attack right away and end the siege of Gaza. He asked that the principles of fairness and compassion be upheld and that it be made easier for people in Gaza to get humanitarian aid.

There are cleaning kits, medicine packages, and food packages in the shipment. On October 19, 2023, the first package was sent.

“Stop killing all the Palestinians!”

Last week, Pakistan told a UN meeting that a quick end to the fighting was needed to help the people of besieged Gaza. It also called on Israel to stop what it called the “genocide” of Palestinians.

When Ambassador Munir Akram talked about the “Humanitarian Situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory,” he said, “We cannot mince our words; we have to tell the Israelis: stop the genocide.”

In his speech, the Pakistani ambassador said that the Israelis were committing “modern genocide” against the Palestinians because they had been through the Holocaust and “we must call it for what it is.” In this case, he asked people to accept and follow the international humanitarian law that says attacks on civilians and civilian property are illegal.

“Let us all follow what the General Assembly has said as a world community.” “Let’s follow what the law on international humanitarian law says,” Ambassador Akram said.

“This is what we expect from all those who are leading the United Nations, all those who are speaking for the conscience of the international community.”
