Lecture on Babar Azam’s batting approach goes viral.
In the video, the instructor refers to Babar as “world-class,” and he encourages his class to take lessons from his attitude.
A coach at the International Coaching Cricket Center in the United Kingdom (UK) gave a lecture on Babar Azam’s batting style, and it quickly went popular on social media.
Babar’s stance and technique when playing against Pat Cummins in the 2019 World Cup match against Australia were demonstrated in the lecture, “Follow the ball in the early phases of flight and move to the finishing line.”
The professor refers to Babar as “world-class” in the video and invites his audience to take a cue from his attitude.
“The ball is tracked by elite players as soon as it leaves the hand. They don’t move right away; instead, they remain put and continue to watch, the coach claimed.
In the crease, he [Babar] is expertly balanced. He isn’t moving, just watching the bowler in. He is thinking about a number of things. Only when the ball is close to him will he move. He is the best in the world because of this, he said.
Babar is ranked first in ODIs and third in Tests and T20 Internationals. For his efforts in 2022, he recently received the Cricketer of the Year award.
