Iftikhar Ahmed, an all-rounder for Pakistan, stated on Wednesday that the team’s spirits are up going into their second T20 World Cup game thanks to the post-game motivational speech given by captain Babar Azam and the coaching staff following the team’s loss to India.
Thursday in Perth will see Pakistan’s next match against Zimbabwe, and Iftikhar warned Pakistan against becoming comfortable in that match.

The all-rounder was asked about his game, and he responded that regardless of how many balls he faces, he always tries to play to his job and help the team succeed.
Everyone in the middle order is motivated and hungry to score runs for the team, he said, adding that regardless of whether it takes one ball or ten, we all play for the team and try to make our team win games.
Iftikhar stated that he is putting a lot of effort into developing his sweep shots and reverse sweep shots because he thinks they will be useful in Australian conditions.
