Haris was forced to be replaced after suffering a shoulder injury on the eve of the first one-day international. The injury occurred the day before the match.
During a fielding drill, the hitter in the middle of the order landed awkwardly, which resulted in injury to his left shoulder.
On Sunday, the Pakistan squad will go to Karachi via flight.
