On Saturday, the Prime Minister told a number of visiting public representative delegations in the nation’s capital that “the unconditional love for Pakistan is rooted deep into the hearts and minds of the Kashmiri people.”

We applaud all those courageous hearts who lay down their lives for Pakistan in Occupied Kashmir,” the Prime Minister remarked, praising the efforts of young Kashmiris fighting for their freedom in the occupied territory.

He insisted that no amount of repression or torture from India will ever be enough to break the Kashmiris’ unwavering loyalty to Pakistan.

To which he added, “the liberation struggle against India in the occupied Kashmir would continue till the people of Kashmir achieve their cherished goal for which hundreds and thousands of people have sacrificed their lives.” He referred to the ongoing freedom struggle in Kashmir as part of the Tehreek-e-Takmeel-e-Pakistan movement.

According to the prime minister, festivities for Pakistan Independence Day are currently underway in Azad Kashmir.

Events on both the public and private scales will be held in Azad Kashmir to celebrate the country’s independence.

On the occasion of Independence Day, he announced, special ceremonies would be held across the freed territory in which Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the father of the nation, and other luminaries of the Pakistan movement would be honored.

He remarked that the Muslims of the subcontinent finally have their own country because to the hard work of our founding ancestors.
