Mr. and Mrs. Irshad Kassim hosted this year’s Lady Dufferin brunch in their garden. The fabulous event was done by Grandeur, the delicious food by Deli and the talented Zoe Viccaji entertained with her band. Proceeds from this fundraiser went to the new Lady Dufferin Hospital (LDH) state of the art OPD building. Dr. Zeryab Setna is the Medical Superintendent of LDH and Begum Laila Sarfaraz is the Chairperson for the managing and fundraising committees. The highlight of the event proved to be a surprise cake cutting and celebration of Laila Odho Premjee’s birthday, who was delivered by the senior Dr. Setna many years ago.
