Where did you go?
Venice, Malta, Croatia, Montenegro.

What made you go here?
Mainly the experience of travelling on a cruise – and also having the opportunity to travel with my sisters. It’s rare for all of us to get time off together.

What did you pack?
I packed my summery wardrobe – some pants, light jackets, dresses and jumpsuits. But it was important to also pack some warm clothes for chilly evenings.

What was your favourite meal/restaurant?
I love pasta – all types of pasta. And I enjoyed local cafes and restaurants the most.

CRUISIN

What was the biggest highlight of your trip/most memorable moment?
The most memorable memories were made while watching the sunset on the deck of the cruise ship. It was so peaceful, as if all the elements were aligning to create beauty.

Favourite shopping destination?
The streets! You never know what hidden treasure you’ll stumble upon in the stalls and caravans.

Some sights worth seeing?
St. Johns Cathedral in Malta is to die for and also the Rialto Bridge in Venice.

What are some spots for a night out?
We spent the nights in the cruise ship. There were some nice restaurants and interesting nooks and corners on board – there was something for everyone.

Travel essentials?
Smart shoes, party shoes, sanitizer, a travel wallet, a whole lot of research and travel books (they’re underrated but very useful).
