We wait for award shows every season, just to see what our favourite designers put on our favourite celebrities. Can they style the pieces well? Do they live up to our expectations? This year, we have to say, it’s a resounding yes!

Here are our favourite looks:

Cynthia Erivo in custom Louis Vuitton, which took more than 140 hours to assemble the intricate design, which was first embroidered in triangular-shaped silver sequins and then re-embroidered after the gown was assembled for even more shine.

Beyonce in Schiaparelli’s off-the-shoulder leather dress with matching gloves, a face mask, and sunglasses. She accessorized with stunning earrings that stole the show, tights, and Jimmy Choo heels.

Dua Lipa dazzled in a high fashion look by Versace covered entirely in Swarovski Crystals, a sculptural cape with a crystal encrusted ensemble underneath, too! Fuschia Medusa studs were emboldened in as a nod to the atelier.

H.E.R wore a purple velvet ensemble of a midi dress and wide-leg pants designed by Dundas, accessorizing with her signature round sunglasses and a diamond drop necklace.

Taylor Swift looked like a folklorian nymph in a mini dress by Oscar De La Renta and baby pink Christian Louboutin heels and Cathy Waterman jewelry, leaving us all wanting the whole look!

Jhené Aiko dazzled in a mountain of ruffles in a Monsoori gown topped with a pink opal and diamond starburst Sydney Evan jewels, and completed her look with Lesilla heels.
