Prior to the vital and eagerly anticipated Pakistan vs. India T20 World Cup 2022 match, Shan Masood, a left-handed batter for Pakistan, was transferred to a hospital on Friday.
A ball struck the batter’s head during a practise session, causing a head injury.
All-rounder Mohammad Nawaz fired a shot during practise, and the ball struck Shan’s head and hurt him.
A ball struck Shan Masood in the right side of his head during Pakistan’s net session at the MCG, according to a statement from the PCB. He was transported to the hospital for tests.
At the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Pakistan will play India in their T20 World Cup opening match on Sunday (October 23).
