The legendary Indian cricket player Sachin Tendulkar has given his picks for the two teams that will advance to the final four at the current ICC World Cup 2023.
Despite their high position, he is surprised that Pakistan will not make the semi-finals.
Tendulkar made his semi-final picks at the beginning of the event, when he ceremonially delivered the World Cup trophy onto the pitch. Using his extensive knowledge of the sport, he predicts that India will repeat their historic feat from 2011.
If the squad “continues to keep things simple and stick to basics,” as Tendulkar put it, “they have the ammunition,” then “I hope so,” since “our team is playing good cricket.”
Even Tendulkar backed Australia, citing their all-around talent and prowess as his reasoning. He thinks they have an excellent opportunity to get to the semifinals.

Tendulkar concluded by saying he expected New Zealand to be the fourth and final semi-finalist.
